Shipping & Returns

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via GLS with tracking number and delivery without signature.

To obtain the tracking number you can send us a message in the Customer Service section or via WhatsApp. We will send you the GLS tracking link as soon as possible so that you can track the shipment.

We will pack your order as delicately as possible in order to ensure that it arrives in the best possible condition.
